About these terms

BunnyKorean and this website are provided by REPICK (DOHYUN LEE). By accessing or using the website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For help or questions, contact repick.official@gmail.com.

Our Privacy Policy is a notice about information processing, not a request to accept every use of personal information. Where consent is required, such as for optional analytics, it is requested separately and can be withdrawn through the stated control.

The iOS application is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different applicable license is presented with the app in the App Store. The applicable Apple license controls the license to the iOS app if it conflicts with these service terms. These terms govern the BunnyKorean service and do not remove rights provided by that license or mandatory consumer law.

Learning with BunnyKorean

BunnyKorean helps you watch Korean clips, understand words, save learning items and review them in context. Explanations and translations support learning; they can contain errors and do not guarantee a particular level, score or learning outcome.

Public YouTube playback is free. A BunnyKorean subscription pays for independent learning tools supplied by BunnyKorean, such as protected explanations and review features; it does not sell YouTube videos or guarantee access to a specific video. Third-party videos may become unavailable because of their owner’s decisions, location restrictions or platform settings.

Age, capacity and accounts

You must be at least 13 to create or use a BunnyKorean account or guided sample. If you are old enough to use BunnyKorean but not old enough to form a binding contract where you live, you may use it only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these terms. Contract authorization is separate from any consent required for processing personal information. The current privacy limitations for younger users are explained in the Age and younger users section of our Privacy Policy.

Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate account information and tell us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been misused. Do not use someone else’s account or share access to evade purchase, eligibility or access limits.

Limited use and intellectual property

Subject to these terms, BunnyKorean gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the website and service for your personal, non-commercial learning. The iOS app itself remains licensed under the applicable Apple license. BunnyKorean, its software, branding and app-owned learning materials remain owned by their respective rights holders, as do third-party videos, music, images and brands.

Do not copy, sell, sublicense or redistribute BunnyKorean software or protected learning content; reverse engineer or modify it; use bots or scripts to extract content or account data in bulk; interfere with service operation; introduce malicious code; bypass rate, payment, geographic or access controls; or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Those restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, uses allowed by an open-source license, ordinary search-engine indexing that respects published technical controls, assistive technology and accessibility tools, good-faith security research protected by law, or another use that we or the relevant rights holder expressly authorize.

Subscriptions and Apple purchases

Some independent BunnyKorean learning tools require a paid subscription; public YouTube playback does not. The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal conditions before you confirm a purchase. Prices and available offers can vary by location.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the terms shown by Apple. If Apple offers you a free or discounted trial, the App Store shows its exact end date and billing terms; Apple currently advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account’s subscription settings, or use Manage subscription in the app.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund of a previous charge. Paid BunnyKorean learning tools normally remain available until the expiration date Apple shows, unless Apple refunds the transaction, a trial or offer ends, or applicable Apple or provider terms require a different result. If the app does not recognize paid access before that date, this mismatch does not by itself extinguish your paid rights: use Restore purchases or contact support so access and any available remedy can be reviewed. Public YouTube playback remains free regardless of subscription status. Refund requests are separate from cancellation, and Apple decides eligibility under its policies and applicable law.

Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase to restore eligible access. Visit Apple’s refund request service for a purchase issue.

YouTube and featured artists

Videos are played through YouTube’s official player. By using BunnyKorean, including its YouTube player, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to YouTube’s processing. Do not download, extract or redistribute video or audio through BunnyKorean.

Videos, artist names, program names and thumbnail artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance illustrates the type of content you can learn from and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. YouTube links on this website open the original uploads.

To report an inaccurate explanation, unsuitable content or a rights concern, send the clip title or link, the relevant time and a short explanation to our support team.

Your saved learning and account deletion

Saved words and review history are stored on your device. They are backed up only when Learning sync is available and synchronization succeeds. Resetting device data or signing out clears local learning data; records that have not synchronized cannot be restored. Account deletion also removes synchronized learning.

You can request account deletion in Profile → Data & account → Delete account. Verification and an internet connection may be required, and pending deletion may need a retry. If you cannot access your account, contact support.

Access restrictions and ending use

We may proportionately restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe this is necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, fraud or abusive automation, a security or safety risk, infringement of others’ rights, or a legal or provider requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason through the app or support channel and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately where delay would create material risk or violate a legal requirement.

When a paid entitlement expires, we may restrict only the paid features attached to that entitlement. Expiration alone does not restrict your BunnyKorean account or free public YouTube playback. If paid features are restricted before the expiration date Apple shows, use Restore purchases or contact support for review.

We may terminate an account for a serious breach, repeated breach after warning, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using BunnyKorean or request account deletion at any time, but you must separately cancel an Apple subscription to stop renewal. If we incorrectly restrict paid access, we will take reasonable steps to restore it. If we discontinue a paid BunnyKorean feature during a paid period and cannot provide a reasonably equivalent feature, you may request an appropriate remedy, such as restored access, a time extension or a proportionate refund, through us or Apple as applicable. This does not limit any stronger remedy required by law.

Service and term changes

We may change the service or these terms to comply with law or provider requirements, address security or abuse, respond to technical dependencies, correct errors, improve or add features, or retire a feature that is no longer practical to operate. We will not use this clause to make an arbitrary material reduction to paid core features during a paid period.

The revision date appears above. For a material change that adversely affects paid use, we will provide advance notice in the app or on this website when reasonably possible and explain the available choices. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner. You can cancel future renewal through Apple. If a material paid feature is removed during your current paid period, the remedies described above remain available. A price change is handled through the App Store and applies only as Apple explains before a later renewal.

Service standards and liability

We will provide BunnyKorean with the reasonable care and skill required by applicable law. We do not promise that every explanation is error-free, that every third-party video remains available, or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Maintenance, device or network conditions, YouTube availability and events outside our reasonable control can affect access.

We are responsible for loss that was reasonably foreseeable when these terms were accepted and that results from our breach of these terms or failure to use required care. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from use of a consumer service, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We do not exclude responsibility merely because a provider helped deliver the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of privacy or data-protection duties, or mandatory consumer guarantees, refunds and other statutory remedies. No monetary cap is created by these terms.

Complaints, disputes and general terms

Please contact repick.official@gmail.com first if you would like us to review a problem. Informal support is optional: these terms do not require arbitration, waive a class of claim, prevent you from contacting a consumer or privacy regulator, or prevent either party from using a court or another remedy available under applicable law.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent they can operate fairly without it. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations only as part of a genuine reorganization, sale or service transfer and only if doing so does not reduce your contractual guarantees or mandatory rights. Any transfer rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
