How can we help?
Manage or cancel a subscription
In BunnyKorean, open Profile → Data & account → Manage subscription. You can also use the subscription settings of the app store you purchased through.
Deleting the app or your BunnyKorean account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through the store to stop future renewals. Paid BunnyKorean learning tools normally remain available until the expiration date the store shows, unless a refund, the end of a trial or offer, or applicable store or provider terms require a different result. Public YouTube playback remains free regardless of subscription status.
If the app does not recognize paid access before the store's expiration date, use Restore purchases and contact us if access is still missing. An entitlement-display or provider mismatch does not by itself extinguish your paid rights; we will review access and the available remedy.
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund a previous charge. For a free or discounted trial, follow the cancellation deadline shown by the store and cancel before renewal if you do not want to be charged.
Apple’s subscription cancellation instructionsRestore a purchase
Use the store account that made the purchase. Sign in to the same BunnyKorean account, then open Profile → Data & account → Restore purchases.
If access is still missing, email us with your app version and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
Request a purchase refund
Refund requests are separate from subscription cancellation. The app store that processed the purchase handles refund requests and decides eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Contact us if you need help finding the appropriate refund route.
Request a refund through AppleWhat does a subscription pay for?
Public YouTube playback is free. A BunnyKorean subscription pays for independent learning tools supplied by BunnyKorean, such as protected explanations and review features. It does not sell YouTube videos or guarantee that a particular third-party video will remain available.
If a paid BunnyKorean feature becomes unavailable during your paid period, contact us. We will review access and the available remedy, which may include restoring access, extending time or helping you use the applicable store refund route. Your mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Delete your BunnyKorean account and data
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Email repick.official@gmail.com with the subject “BunnyKorean account deletion,” preferably from the email linked to your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership, but we will never ask for your password or verification codes. We will help verify ownership if you cannot access that email.
Deletion removes your BunnyKorean account, account preferences, synchronized saved words and clip bookmarks, review and study records, decks and custom-practice records, and the associated subscription-access customer record where applicable. In the app, open Profile → Data & account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. An internet connection and account verification may be needed. If deletion is pending in the app, use Profile → Data & account → Retry account deletion. Reset this device is different: it clears local learning data without deleting your cloud account.
In versions with Learning sync, signing out waits for successful synchronization before clearing local saved words and review history. If synchronization fails, your local changes stay on the device. Retry when connected. Resetting the device does not delete synchronized learning; signing in again can restore it.
Some transaction, security, support, provider-log and backup records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security or dispute-handling purposes. A minimal deletion record remains without automatic expiry to prevent account recreation by delayed events; completed request records become eligible for opportunistic cleanup after 30 days, not guaranteed deletion exactly on day 30. See our Privacy Policy for retention details and contact us about a particular record or request.
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel renewals in the subscription settings of the app store you purchased through.
Your learning data on this device
Saved words and review history are kept on this device. Without Learning sync, there is no backup copy. Resetting device data or signing out clears local learning data; records that have not synchronized cannot be restored. Account deletion also removes synchronized learning.
In app versions with Data & account → Learning sync, signing in synchronizes saved words, clip bookmarks, review progress, activity, decks and supported learning preferences. Changes made offline are backed up only after synchronization succeeds. Older versions without this control keep saved words and review history on the device. Recently watched history remains on the device in every version.
A video will not play, or learning content looks wrong
Check your connection and try another clip. Embedded YouTube videos can become unavailable or restricted by their owner, region, or age settings.
To report an error, inappropriate content, or a rights concern, send the clip title or YouTube link, the relevant time, and a short explanation. For a rights concern, include your contact information and identify the material concerned.
Report contentChallenge an access decision or make a complaint
Email us with the account contact you use for BunnyKorean, the approximate time of the issue, any support code shown, and what you think should happen. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
We will review whether a restriction was necessary and proportionate, explain the outcome where we reasonably can, and restore access or identify an available remedy if the decision was incorrect. Contacting support is optional and does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
